Introduction

The driver registry allows you to store the database drivers anywhere on the system. Simply point the tool to the location of the library and it will automatically extract all database drivers from it and reference it to the location of the library ready for use immediately (no restarts).

This has the added benefit of allowing the user to upgrade the application at any time without having to re-add the library to the application making for a better user experience.
